Cancellation Policy
For custom private or group tours 50% of the tour fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
For pre-arranged experiences purchasable online, your booking may be cancelled and refunded more than 7 days in advance for a 100% refund or less than 7 days but more than 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. There is no refund for less than 48 hours before your experience unless cancelled by us due to weather or other necessary circumstances.

Payment can be made online via credit card, or via bank transfer.
Payment Periods
Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of the date of order.
